IT Project Manager - Family Office

A prestigious Jersey-based family office is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead their current project.. This key role will focus on implementing the Accounting Function and the associated Risk Function.

• Lead the implementation of the Accounting Function and Risk Function
• Manage IT projects related to financial systems and risk management
• Liaise with external resources and internal stakeholders
• Oversee the integration of MSCI system
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a hedge fund or niche banking institution
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and risk management concepts
• Familiarity with VAR and Investment Risk Metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-reliant

• Accountancy qualification
• Experience with MSCI system
• Knowledge of family office operations

• Problem-solving: Ability to tackle complex business issues

• Self-motivation: Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
• Adaptability: Prepared to handle various aspects of IT and finance projects
• Technical proficiency: Strong IT skills and understanding of financial systems
