Class sizes are kept as small as possible to enable the maximum attention for each child and greater pupil participation. All teaching assistants are subject to a permanent contract with the school and potential teacher training in future. The school strives to achieve a warm, welcoming and fun feel and this is emulated in the classroom.
If you believe you are suitable for this Teaching Assistant role then it is desirable for all applicants to hold a level 3 in Early Years. However, Teaching Assistants with experience in the education sector will also be considered for the role.

Teaching Assistant:
- Working in Early Years provision
