Part-time medical receptionist
Glen Mor Medical Practice is a busy, friendly 4 partner GP Practice, with over 5,500 patients. We are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist for 21 hours per week on a 6 month temporary basis, with a view to a permanent position of 16/21 hours.
The role will include dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing mail, booking and cancelling appointments, “signposting” patients to the appropriate service, and other administrative duties. Hours of work required are Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-6pm.You may be occasionally required to cover absences/holidays.
