We are looking for Risk Analyst from consulting, investment banking or financial services backgrounds to join our team.

Responsibilities:

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Carrying out the design and effectiveness testing of controls within the agreed timelines, while addressing and solving any challenges that arise
  • Upholding the highest standards and best practices in the execution of test activities and related documentation
  • Challenging stakeholders on the design and effectiveness of their controls
  • Assisting stakeholders in identifying necessary control improvements found during the testing process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders from the Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance, and Operational Risk departments
  • Creating detailed and impactful summaries from the testing program's findings

Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities
  • Experience of working on investment banking projects, either directly for an investment bank, or working for a 3rd party providing consulting/outsourced services to an investment bank
  • Experience in Risk Control
  • Strong understanding of control design assessment
