Laser Punch CNC Operator - North Bristol

Hours: Days – Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 7.00AM to 12.00 PM

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate AMADA CNC Laser Punch machines to produce high-quality components.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for machining processes.
• Performing routine machine maintenance and ensuring safe working practices.
• Handle materials safely, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the workshop.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and tidy.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Proven experience using AMADA CNC Laser and Punch machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
• Basic Mathematics skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety standards within the workplace.
