Salary: NJC 18 - 22 £29269 - £31364 Actual Salary: £25,708 - £27,548 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Contract: Full time, permanent

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Year Leader who will work directly with the Year Leader to lead the ‘behaviour for learning’ and academic progress of a Year group.

You’re someone who’ll be able to:

  • Work with the Year Leader to lead the behaviour and academic progress of a Year group to ensure all students make outstanding progress.
  • Promote and adhere to the Trust’s values to be unusually brave, discover what’s possible, push the limits and be big hearted.

You’re someone who has:

  • The passion and dedication to work in Education
  • The ability to build strong relationships with staff, students and parents.
  • Believe in and demonstrate our key drivers at all times; The highest expectations, Never give up, Everyone is valued, Value feedback, No excuses, Outstanding learning
