About the Role
As a Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, improving departmental reporting, and enhancing forecasting capabilities across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading monthly reforecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Partnering with key stakeholders to drive financial performance
- Developing automated reports and improving financial models
- Supporting strategic FP&A initiatives, including system improvements
- Monitoring cash flow & debtor management
- Assisting with FCA deliverables and month-end processes
- Qualified accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA) with 2–5 years post-qualification experience
- Background in financial services (investment management preferred)
- Strong modelling skills and advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience in management accounts & reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering under tight timelines
- Experience with NetSuite & automated reporting tools is a plus
