Pastry Chef
An exciting new opportunity has come up at a well established Artisan Bakery near Watford.
You will be working alongside an experienced team of chefs and your primary role will be in the preparation of the cakes, pastries, viennoiserie and patisserie.
The right candidate will not only need to have the experience but the passion and creativity required to progress the business.
We’re looking for someone who has:
The ability to work well with others in a team environmentA confident and creative cooking style

Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environmentExperience with laminating pastries and sourdough breads would be beneficial but not essential
Good time management
Ability to work flexible hours
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks and lead junior staff
