A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our leading co-educational Preparatory School for a
PA to the Headteacher and Admissions Manager
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Term-time, plus 9 weeks during school holiday periods
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum pro rata
We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and team minded PA to work closely with the Headteacher and administration team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the school and be integral to setting standards in personable customer service and efficiency.
The post holder will also manage the end-to-end school admissions and transitions process and be responsible for all child records on site.
Applicants should be an experienced administrator, secretary or PA with the highest level of customer service skills and have the ability to remain calm and focussed when there are competing demands. An excellent communicator, with knowledge of relevant IT, the role will suit someone who can work at a fast pace whilst not dropping their professional standards.Whilst knowledge or experience of working in an educational setting would be advantageous it is not essential for an otherwise highly experienced candidate.
