The Grounds Care Group is an established fast paced Grounds Maintenance, Gritting and Invasive Weed Management Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK.

Our business is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Invasive Weed team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client enquiries through all client service channels.
Resolve customer enquiries by investigating and finding appropriate solutions.
Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Analyse customer feedback and identify trends to allow for business excellence

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using a CRM systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
