Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions
- Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction
- Deal with incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team
- Ensure that a resolution is suitable and delivered within their service level agreements
- Work closely with their development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions
- Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients and generate monthly reports
- Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research and QA testing
- Organise and attend meetings with clients (both in person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects

Requirements
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in working with Magento / Adobe Commerce (Back-End Admin) (2+years)
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong technical support skills with a client-focused approach
- Teamwork abilities
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Digital Marketing or Web Development
- Magento Solution Specialist Certification
