Lawyer / Senior Lawyer – Housing & Civil Litigation

HB Public Law is an innovative and ambitious Lexcel accredited legal practice serving four local authority clients, schools and other public bodies in London and the home counties. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service and offer a supportive and friendly working environment.
About you:
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering a high-quality service both individually, and as part of a team. The team has an interesting and varied caseload dealing with all areas of housing and civil litigation matters including the following:
- Housing possession, disrepair and ASB injunctions
- Homelessness and allocations, judicial review, statutory appeals and public law challenges
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation, covering both residential and commercial property issues
- Dispute resolution
- The opportunity to advise licensing (sub)-committees
