Financial Controller, Manchester region, ideally ACCA / ACA who started life in practice. £65,000 base salary with a really healthy performance bonus (20-30% region).

The Opportunity

PE backed group amid an interesting change journey. Loads of rewarding and CV valuable stuff to get stuck into, broad hands-on FC role that will be a great platform for someone who sees themselves potentially transitioning to FD level downstream.

Welcoming team, excellent mentor (someone who will really buy into your development and success), you’ll be managing a small team from day one (ticking another great CV box)... This is a superb springboard for someone who enjoys being part of growth SMEs where there is chance to make an actual difference to the decisions and ultimately the top and bottom-line numbers.

There’s also Interesting project involvement alongside the BAU (which will likely include M&A activity, developing the existing reporting and controls, embedding a new ERP system, working with new stakeholders and providing insightful business partnering).
