Salary: £42,432.69 (£46,737.4 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full Time – 35 Hours
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Senior Compliance Officer
You will monitor the delivery of the Mechanical and Electrical Systems function including the management of relevant contracts, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the implementation of an effective risk management approach to compliance within the Group.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- In depth knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems within Social Housing, including government and industry guidance, British standards and building regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations Guidance Note 3 and The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering effective servicing and maintenance contracts to a large and diverse portfolio of mix tenure properties.
- Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts.
- Clear understanding of risk management and compliance.
