We are looking for a Head Spa Receptionist who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectations.

As the Head Spa Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that welcomes all our spa guests. Your main job is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience. You will handle bookings, greet guests, organize spa services, and keep things running smoothly between clients and spa therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with any needs.
• Schedule spa appointments and manage special requests.
• Provide information about spa treatments, services, and products.
• Keep the reception area calm and inviting.
• Work closely with spa therapists to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Handle basic administrative tasks like billing, inventory, and reporting.
