Area Sales Manager - Landscaping

We are recruiting for a North West based Area Sales Manager on behalf of a specialist landscaping company that offers a bespoke landscape and maintenance service to a number of housebuilders (including Taylor Wimpey, Harron Homes and Countryside Partnerships).
Promoting a range of landscape enhancement, landscape maintenance and artificial surfacing solutions.
Continuing to develop relationships and business opportunities with their existing housebuilder customer base.
Sales experience from within the new build sector, this can be from selling a landscaping, surfacing, play area or related design and installation service, or from working for a housebuilder in a customer facing sales roles.
Proven experience of developing business with both existing and potential new customers.
To be looking to bring fresh ideas, thoughts, enthusiasm, drive and passion into a company that embraces all of these.
To be skilled at developing relationships, listening and understanding customer needs to enable you to maximise business opportunities along with the drive to seek out new customers.
Uncapped commission earning opportunity.
An OTE guide of between £45,000 and £50,000 per year.

On offer is a salary of up to £35,000 per year plus company car or car allowance, uncapped commission (OTE Guide £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 with the opportunity to earn more), mobile phone and laptop etc.,
As the Area Sales Manager you will be:
Working closely with the Managing Director to continue the growth of their specialist landscaping and maintenance service.Promoting a range of landscape enhancement, landscape maintenance and artificial surfacing solutions.
Continuing to develop relationships and business opportunities with their existing housebuilder customer base.
Promoting the company and their offering to potential new housebuilders and architects.
To be considered for this Area Sales role you will need:
To be based in the North West.Sales experience from within the new build sector, this can be from selling a landscaping, surfacing, play area or related design and installation service, or from working for a housebuilder in a customer facing sales roles.
Proven experience of developing business with both existing and potential new customers.
To be looking to bring fresh ideas, thoughts, enthusiasm, drive and passion into a company that embraces all of these.
To be skilled at developing relationships, listening and understanding customer needs to enable you to maximise business opportunities along with the drive to seek out new customers.
A driving licence and be happy to travel across a wide area to visit existing and potential customers.
