Commercial Property Solicitor - Marlow

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working model, with the option to work up to two days remotely per week.

As a key member of the commercial property team, you’ll handle a varied caseload including:

Commercial sales and purchases
Leases (inside and outside the 1954 Act)
Landlord and tenant matters
Secured lending
Development work including plot sales
Planning and ancillary documentation

About You:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Solid experience in commercial property law
Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
Confident managing your own caseload
Excellent communication and client care skills
