REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Sales Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in sales within the housing Sector/Estate Agency or affordable housing
As a Sales Consultant your duties will include but are not limited to:
- You will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey, dealing with both Open Market and Shared Ownership plots sales
- Taking operational responsibility for a range of new developments across several sales locations, including all aspects of presentation, stock management, achieving sales of properties in line with agreed targets
- Targeting customers and follow up leads
- Proactively identify potential sales, customers and create ‘forward' interest and subsequent viewings
- Follow-up all sales ‘leads', qualify and progress customers to ensure that sales targets are met.
