Job Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts regularly.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use.
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries.
