Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Litigation Solicitor role within a Top 200 ranked law firm. You will be working within a dynamic, sociable team to work on a broad range of litigation at a national and international level.Leading, global law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Liverpool team.

Within this role, you will be focusing on a broad and interesting caseload including financial and regulatory dispute and investigations, high value professional negligence, civil fraud, product liability, international arbitration, contentious insolvency and corporate claims including shareholder and director disputes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor at the beginning of their litigation career who is looking to establish themselves within a well-respected team and work on behalf of major international and national clients, life science and technology companies and high net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1-4 years PQE and have experience working on complex Commercial Litigation matters. Some exposure to contentious regulatory matters and some contentious insolvency experience is advantageous but not essential.
