Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Analyst – SEO will be responsible for managing and executing SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence. The role involves monitoring and analyzing website performance, optimizing content for search engines, and implementing best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with experience in SEO techniques, web analytics, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords, analyze competitors, and optimize existing content for search visibility.
On-Page SEO: Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, and images to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize articles, blogs, and web pages for target keywords, ensuring content quality and SEO relevance.

Off-Page SEO: Manage and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.

Website Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, organic traffic, and KPIs.
Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as website speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization, to improve site performance and search rankings.
SEO Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company’s SEO strategies remain effective and competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the web development, content, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in a software development or tech-related industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts such as site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, and URL structure.
Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, and link-building techniques.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve SEO performance and business outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Experience in HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Moz, SEMrush) are a plus.
