Behaviour Manager / LAC Coordinator
Together, you will support students to ensure that they receive the appropriate interventions to foster academic achievement, positive behaviour, and overall well-being.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Work collaboratively with SLT, Heads of Year, and the Attendance Team to identify and address disengagement and behaviour issues.
- Develop and implement effective interventions to improve student engagement, behaviour, and progress.
- Monitor the progress, behaviour, and attendance of students, ensuring interventions are having a measurable impact.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to staff regarding behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Champion the educational achievement and well-being of CLA
- Work closely with external agencies, social workers, and carers to ensure CLA students receive the support required for their success.
- Regularly report to SLT and other stakeholders on student progress and the impact of interventions.

Hours: 37 hours per weekSalary: NJC Grade 6 / SO1 Points 19 - 25
