Gloucester - Management Accountant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established retail/distribution business based in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to a dynamic organisation while advancing their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.
- Conducting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to optimise financial performance.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Professionally qualified or part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
