As an SAP S/4/HANA EAM consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients, across many different industry sectors.

Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in our Supply Chain Management Capability in delivering innovative projects to our existing and new clients, you will also have opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects.

This role is a unique chance to work with the latest technologies, for example: S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud and Mobile, helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys.

You will be working on single or multiple project lifecycles, at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through agile delivery to post go live support.

Your knowledge of core EAM solutions will allow you to shape, build and deliver solutions in your functional area as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM Capability.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
  • Using your experience to provide Functional Consulting within SAP S/4/HANA EAM projects
  • Be part of a team that solves problems and provide solutions for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams, across multiple areas of Supply Chain Management, depending on project scope and at various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Identifying new S/4 user interfaces and capabilities – aligning SAP solutions with customer requirements
  • Working as part of a team to deliver customer solutions to support the customer requirements
  • Learning industry SAP capabilities
  • Hands on opportunity to work with experienced SAP consultants and supporting leading / global clients (leaders in their fields)
  • Opportunity to lead and develop into complex workstreams
  • Immerse in SAP industry trends and capabilities, supported by formal SAP certification pathways to ensure you're at the forefront of SAP technology
  • Gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned SAP professionals, contributing to solutions for global leaders and pioneers across industries
  • Alongside project delivery you will manage and develop your career through training, networking and contributing to the practice and wider group growth and objectives particularly focusing on EAM initiatives.
Your skills and experience
  • Consulting experience in SAP S/4/HANA or ECC working across core EAM
  • Advocate of best practice design principles along with an advisory focus and be able to provide solutions for the business’s requirements.
  • You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
  • Have experience in multiple end-to-end design and implementation programmes within S/4/HANA or ECC
  • Awareness of various project lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Solution Manager and Signavio
  • Have experience in taking the business requirements and create a functional design with supporting functional specifications.
  • Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations, such as the planned and reactive maintenance processes
  • Good understanding of the modules that directly integrate with EAM (e.g. Production Planning, Procurement)
  • Articulate End to End processes translating business terms to SAP process detail
  • Understand the key capabilities of EAM and how they integrate with other SAP modules and applications.
  • Awareness of the latest SAP capability and Roadmap in the EAM area
  • Have experience of the SAP S/4 Fiori applications within the EAM area
  • Awareness of the latest and emerging SAP technologies within EAM e.g. Mobile Asset Manager, IAM, predictive maintenance, Fiori, Cloud offerings is an advantage.
  • SAP EAM S4/HANA Certification is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with the latest SAP EAM technologies and strategic direction.

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
