Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Team

South Wales based Local Authority is seeking a Social Worker to join their Adults Leaning Disabilities Team on an initial 3 month rolling contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offers part time working giving you autonomy as to how you can work which can fit in with your out of work commitments.

You will have 15 cases which will focus on complex needs around support, with possible COP and CHC applications.
