Our client, a highly reputable main contractor based in Burton-on-Trent are offering up to £60k DOE for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of projects, particularly dilapidation works on commercial buildings with values ranging from £30k up to £4 million.It is envisioned that a successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
With 12 permanent staff and £30 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity for progression and to grow alongside the business.
Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits- Salary £50k - £60k (DOE - guide only)

- Start Date: ASAP (Happy to wait for notice periods)
- Projects: Commercial dilapidation works
- Operating from head office and on-site as required
- Overseeing delivery of a range of projects across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff as required.
- Prior experience as a project manager in the construction industry
- Full UK Driver's License
- Within commuting distance of Burton-on-Trent
