Strategic responsibilities include: Work collaboratively with other members of the Divisions senior leadership team to agree and deliver strategic priorities. Support services within the division to actively contribute to the delivery of the Trusts strategic priorities and further develop service provision Promote close collaboration and cohesive working relationships within teams and maintain effective communication channels Support the ADoN and nursing teams to develop effective recruitment and retention plans Develop and maintain effective relationships and links with a range of key stakeholders Act as a role model and maintain optimal level of professional conduct
