PART TIME or FULL TIME hours available!Here at Impact we are recruiting for a family run business based in Northampton for multiple Production Operatives to join their team on a Permanent basis. As a production operative you will be working as part of a team to support with the supply of small electronic components for customer all across the world.
Full Training will be provided but you will ideally have experience in a production role previously. Hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm (with the opportunity to work additional hours before your shift from 7am)Pay: 11.44 per hour (Overtime rates available Saturday & Sundays)Location: Northampton Town CentreThis role involves working with chemicals and delicate customer products, so previous COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training and a strong attention to safety are essential.
The role also includes inspection and cleaning of customer products before coating, ensuring that coatings are applied accurately and efficiently, maintaining equipment, and handling customer products with care.Responsibilities:Safely handle small electronic partsApply small parts and chemicalsUsing equipment and hand held toolsInspect and clean products Maintain accurate records of processes Follow safety protocolsMaintain a clean and organised workspaceRequirements:COSHH training is highly preferredKnowledge of safe manual handling Previous experience with small equipmentStrong attention to detail Ability to inspect products with careAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you are interested in this role then please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in contact.Impact are working on behalf of an agency.
