Job Duties:
- Provide academic support and guidance to students in various subjects
- Develop and implement individualised lesson plans based on student needs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and educational best practises
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role
- A relevant degree in Education or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience as a Tutor or similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of educational principles and learning styles
- Proficiency in the subject(s) being taught
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, flexible schedule, working with students in an educational setting
