Within this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role you will be working on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients including those within the public sector, healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing. Your day-to-day duties may include:
Complex disputesProjects and Infrastructure disputes
Procurement law dispute
Competition investigations
Construction disputes
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Commercial Litigation law, though experience around this may be considered. The ideal Solicitor will be looking to establish themselves in a well-regarded legal practice and want to develop a long-term career with an award-winning practice.
