An Outstanding Secondary School in the inner London Borough of Westminster are looking to appoint a Secondary SENCo.

The school are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Secondary SENCo. You will play a key role in leading the development of provision for students with Special Educational Needs and developing practice across the school.
As SENCo you can expect to play a major strategic role in the school’s development; leading change, coordinating learning support across the school, and managing the provision of students with special educational needs. JOB DESCRIPTION – SECONDARY SENCO- Secondary SENCO
- Responsible for coordinating SEN across the school
- Working closely with staff, parent / carers and outside agencies
- Providing professional guidance to staff
- Completing EHCP paperwork
- 1:1 assessment for SEN pupils
- Full-time & permanent school contract
- Inner London pay MPS / UPS / LPS + TLR
- Qualified Secondary SENCOs
- You MUST hold UK QTS and have UK Secondary teaching experience
- Excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Secondary Curriculum
- Ability to communicate well & excellent management skills
