We are looking for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join Nottingham NHS on a temporary agency contract.Physiotherapist Temporary Contract

Role Overview: We are looking for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join Nottingham NHS on a temporary agency contract. This role is community-based and involves working with patients to provide rehabilitation and support in their homes or other community settings.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, assessing patient needs, and creating tailored treatment plans to aid recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients in the community.Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Provide advice, education, and support to patients and carers.
Manage a caseload of community patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Promote independence and improve mobility for service users in a community setting.
Requirements:
Qualified Physiotherapist with valid HCPC registration.Experience working in a community setting is essential.
Some NHS experience is required.
Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.
