We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager - Adults (Gr 10) to join our dynamic organization. This role is integral to fostering a collaborative and productive environment for our adult learners in Grade 10. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of educators and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and support for our students.
You will oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, engage with various stakeholders, and drive initiatives that promote student success and well-being. As a Team Manager, you will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire both staff and students alike.
Your role will include mentoring and guiding your team, monitoring student progress, and addressing any challenges that arise. We are looking for someone who not only has a solid educational background but also possesses the interpersonal skills necessary to cultivate a thriving community where every individual feels valued and empowered.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff in Grade 10.
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum tailored for adult learners.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with parents, community partners, and stakeholders to support student success.
Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.

Address any disciplinary issues and maintain a safe and respectful classroom culture.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in educational leadership, particularly in adult education.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies.

Hours Per Week : 36.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £30.55
