As an Office Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer orders and maintain accurate customer account records
  • Providing delivery details and order updates to customers
  • Shipping queries
  • Reports and various other tasks to assist both sales team and customers
  • Manage customer telephone and email enquiries
  • General administration support
