Trainee Car Sales Executive
- Location: Canterbury
- Salary: Basic £20,000 | OTE £23,000 - £28,000
- Hours: Monday - Saturday | Every other Sunday (With a day off in the week and an extra day in lieu for the Sunday worked – 5-day working week)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join a reputable main dealer in Canterbury. This role offers a competitive salary with excellent earning potential and a structured 5-day working week to maintain a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Car Sales Executive:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring a professional approach.
- Managing the full sales journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Staying up to date with the latest product knowledge and offers.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential.
- A confident, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- A strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
- A full UK driving licence.

- A basic salary of £20,000 with realistic OTE of £23,000 - £28,000.
