Your RoleThis role is all about people! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them with warmth and empathy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their wellbeing needs, from product inquiries to general health advice
- Supporting the dispensing of prescriptions (training provided)
- Educating customers on health services and advice provided by Wilsons
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Handling documentation and managing basic administrative duties
- Attending training sessions to keep up-to-date on the latest in health services and products

Preferred Qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive approach
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
