Start Date: As soon as possible Closing Dates for Applications: 14th March 2025 (12 noon) Interview Date: 21st March 2025The RoleWe are looking to appoint a highly skilled Year 1 SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) and Lunchtime Supervisor (LBS) to join our school.This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and versatile practitioner to support pupils both in the classroom and during lunchtime cover. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have additional needs, ensuring they receive high-quality support throughout the school day.We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who can work independently, take initiative, and develop strong, purposeful relationships with children, staff, and parents.In particular, the successful candidate will have proven experience in:✅ Supporting in EYFS and KS1 settings✅ Using Makaton to support pupils✅ Delivering a personalised curriculum tailored to pupils’ individual needs✅ Supporting pupils with social communication difficulties, including receptive language and attention challenges✅ Delivering targeted interventions on a 1:1 basis and in small groups✅ Assisting pupils with sensory processing needs✅ Providing support for self-care and personal development✅ Supervising and supporting pupils during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and engaging environmentThis role is term-time only, including INSET days, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s learning and well-being throughout the school day.For more information about this role, please refer to the candidate information pack.The School and Trust:
