We are seeking an experienced Product Assurance Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team developing solutions for space sustainability. This role is crucial for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and quality throughout the lifecycle of groundbreaking space missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Product Assurance PA plans for space projects.
- Oversee quality assurance, safety, and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ECSS and ISO.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure effective product delivery.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections of processes and deliverables.
- Manage non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Provide PA expertise and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support test campaigns to ensure product integrity and reliability.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Product Assurance within the space, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of ECSS standards and PA processes.
- Familiarity with mission-critical systems and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
