Kaboodle, a leading kitchen appliance installation company, has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hardworking andself-motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Telford.
This role is primarily focused on picking white goods for outgoing routes the following day. Once picked, the appliances will beloaded onto our vehicles for delivery and fitting the next day.
The successful candidate will have plenty of experience working in a busy warehouse environment. They will have a full UK drivinglicense and have previous experience operating lift trucks such as counterbalance, reach and clamp. If this sounds like you, we

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, and methodical individual who has:
- Prior experience in a busy warehouse environment (required)
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of stock control process
- Experience carrying out stock-take checks (desired)
- Previous experience of operating lift trucks: counterbalance, reach and clamp (required)
- Picking and collating outgoing white goods for installation as per detailed pick lists.
- Labelling and storing appliances correctly to ensure efficient loading by fitters.
- Making sure stock is proactively managed i.e. rotated, put away and labelled
- Assisting with stock-take as required.
- Unloading and checking incoming goods, checking for quality and quantity issues.
- Ensuring waste streams are proactively managed with recycling being completed and cleared daily.
- Keeping the yard and warehouse areas tidy and free of obstructions at all times
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as determined by your Line Manager
