What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our forward looking, ambitious and happy school as a Pastoral Support Administrator for the Upper School to join this busy and very successful school in November 2024 for a maternity cover. The role would involve working with the Director of Sixth Form who leads the Pastoral Leader Team in the upper school.

It would therefore suit someone who has previously worked in a school though training is available for a suitable candidate who may not have held the role before.

To work as part of the Pastoral Administration Team you will be required to provide a comprehensive business support service, including communicating various form of information and providing timely and accurate distribution of materials for the school.

Full details of the role are contained in the job description. Excellent administrative, ICT and organisational skills are essential for this role.

The King Edward VI Foundation, Birmingham, is a progressive charitable organisation which has supported excellence in education across the City since 1552.
