Job Description

As a Internal Sales and Commercial Coordinator you will provide high customer service levels, achieving budgeted OT and maximise throughput contributions through commercial applications. Liaise with Account Managers to ensure on-going efficient account management.

Occasionally attending customer meetings to discuss and review projects and any issues.

  • Maximise profitability through the development of QUEST/CRM/ESP and other company systems.
  • To support in securing major new business as detailed within the sales budget, in conjunction with the internal and external sales team.
  • To ensure accuracy of administration tasks within the department.
  • To ensure our service and response levels are matched with budget and internal KPIs
  • To maximise good communication between departments
  • To provide a point of contact for internal and external customers creating a "Can do" mentality.
  • Produce reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The Successful Applicant
  • Solid degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Demonstrate high level of initiative.

  • Self-Motivated.
  • Educated to minimum of 'A' level standard.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook an advantage.
What's on Offer
  • Salary of £28,000 rising to £30,500 after the 6-monthly probationary period
  • Current shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm and 8.30am to 5.00pm (alternate weeks), which equates to 40 hours each week with half an hour unpaid lunch break.
