Administration Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our London office. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience with good communication, written and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative service to include opening new files, filing, archiving, photocopying, file management, basic finance duties, some typing services and other administration tasks as delegated by members of the Team and London office.
- Monitoring stationary levels.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Franking post and delivering to central post room or to the Post Office.
- Organising couriers both in the UK and overseas for the delivery of documents.
- Organising repairs to office equipment.
- Liaising with staff visiting from other offices and organising visitors’ passes.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar administration role or good administrative skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent use of English language including grammar and spelling.
- Excellent written skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Case Management systems is beneficial.
- Good communication skills.
Working hours & location:
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, based in our London office.
