They have some excellent relationships and are known for delivering tailored solutions to their clients.This role is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with administrative Finance tasks to support the smooth running of the Accounts department.What will you be doing?Raising sales invoices & applications for paymentsSending Accounts receivable statements to customersDealing with customers invoicing queriesPreparation of weekly subcontractor paymentsMonthly CIS reconciliation & submission to HMRCEntering Purchas invoicesReconciling Accounts payable statementsBank account reconciliation on SageWhat are we looking for?Previous experience in transactional financeExperience of using accounting software, such as SageCompetent in the use of MS excelHigh attention to detailExperience in construction ideal, but not essential.If this sounds like the role for you, please apply and the team will be in touch to discuss the role further.
