Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school's budget and financial planning
- Oversee administrative functions, including HR and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in strategic planning
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Manager, ideally within an educational setting
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
