We are thrilled to announce a vacancy for a highly motivated Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist (Band 6-7, depending on experience) within the Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist team at Oldham Care Organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong interest and passion for working with urology cancer patients. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of care to our patients.
This developmental role offers a clear career pathway upon completion of service objectives, knowledge, and skills. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive support from the Directorate triumvirate, the Urology Lead Nurse, and the Urology MacMillan Lead Nurse Specialist.

To be eligible for this role, you must be a Registered General Nurse with a degree in a related subject.
Key Qualifications:- Relevant post-registration experience at Band 5 or above in Urology or Cancer services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and management experience.
- Capability to identify personal and departmental development areas and actively work towards addressing them.
The position is based at Royal Oldham Hospital, but you will also work in clinics across Fairfield, Rochdale, and North Manchester.
