Head of Religious Education with negotiable TLR

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Religious Education to work at Bourne Academy. The successful candidate will teach across the age range, including examination groups.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced head of department or a teacher ready to progress their career, to join a thriving and highly motivated Trust. For the right candidate, there is a negotiable TLR.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified teacher status;
• The ability to teach Religious Education up to KS4;
• The opportunity to teach Religious Education at KS5;
• The ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results;
• Excellent organisational and ICT skills;
• Outstanding career progression opportunities;
• An awareness of effective assessment and use of data to track student progress;
• The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team;
• A passion for the subject and the ability to share this with young people.
