£22,500 per annum- 5 hours per week
Nuffield Health is looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians to join the Team in HSSU. These positions will be to assist in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices, under controlled conditions, to meet customer requirements.

Shifts Available:
- 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
- Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Every other Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus one day during the week
- Overtime and Bank Holiday rates apply, along with shift enhancements
Position Overview:
- Nuffield Health is recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Sterile Services Technicians for the HSSU team
- The role involves assisting in the preparation of sterile and/or disinfected medical devices to meet customer requirements under controlled conditions
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
- Inspect medical devices for cleanliness, functionality, and damage
- Take action to rectify problems and escalate issues when necessary
Key Duties:
- Ensure process equipment and accessories are in full working order
- Report any faults or anomalies
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills are required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, following statutory and organisational policies and procedures
- A basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy
- Full training will be provided
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, and basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail and an overarching desire to deliver a high quality service
- To be able to handle manual handling duties up to 13kg
