Transport /Planning Clerk - Coventry - CV3
We are currently seeking experienced Transport Clerks for one of the leading Warehouse suppliers to the drinks industry. Who are the market leaders in the distribution of kegs of beers, wines and spirits
Candidates will need to be able to meet the following criteria and be able to be flexible and have a previous transport planning background
Shift Pattern- 00 - 2200
Monday to Friday -Some weekends if available
Pay rate £25,500- Key Requirements: -
- Previous Transport experience is essential
- Strong Compliance background for Transport logistics is essential.
- Understanding of GDPR
- previous knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
- upbeat personality
- Use with Microsoft Word Excel -
- Reporting KPIs
- Speaking to drivers - Driver De briefs.
- Running Reports
- Sort out Planning
- routes and Failed Deliveries
- Working on your own -Excellent English and IT skills required
- Driver debriefs - good rapport with drivers
- Maintaining Correct Records for submission to Team Leaders
- Working as a team
- Working on your own within the warehouse environment with Drivers
- Keeping Records up to date on the system
- Reporting to the Team Leaders
- Dealing with any planning changes.
- Attention to detail .
- Following Strict H and S guidelines
