Part-time Finance Administrator

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours with the potential for longer-term development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring company credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved
• Posting purchase invoices onto the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining up-to-date financial records
• Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving any differences to ensure accounts are fully aligned
• Liaising with suppliers where necessary to clarify account queries or obtain missing documentation
• Assisting with the maintenance of financial records and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and efficiently
• Supporting general accounts administration tasks, including data entry, document management, and ad hoc duties as required by the finance team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes and systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
