Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Due to relocation of an establish Customer Service Administrator we are recruiting for a Global manufacturing facility based at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (please note they will be relocating to Alfreton in the next year so the ability to get to both areas is essential)
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for general customer service administration duties offering support to customers and the sales team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager
Duties of the Customer Service Administrator- Dealing with customer enquiries/processing of sales orders via phone and e-mail, inclusive of receipt of order, carry out relevant credit checks with finance, data entry, despatch, invoicing and liaising with all couriers
- Raising invoices, quotes, credit notes, complaint forms and collection notes.
- Adhering to and ensuring all month-end procedures and requirements are completed within the deadlines set
- Organising customer product training on site
- Updating the CRM System
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
- Fully experienced in the use of MS office programs and data entry
- Own transport for potential travel to secondary sites of business would be preferable.
- Previous experience of using SAP and/or CRM systems would be desirable
